CERTIFIED TRAINING PROGRAM:
NOTE: Skype and teleconference training can only be conducted for PERSONALLY SPONSORED distributors. Whenever possible please send someone to or schedule a ‘live’ training event to train and certify new distributors. In the early stages of this program some exceptions may be granted to get trainers up and running over the next 30-60 days.
RECOMMENDED: Have training invoices and upgrade forms (copy from the mastery event until downloadable forms are available) available for each participant attending training. After the event, prepare an envelope with completed forms with the following info on the envelope (Date of Training, Name of trainer (s), Position, Location of training) and mail to Corporate Headquarters.
SPECIAL NOTES: You can certainly host individual training’s at your home or office however they will not be posted on the CoolBuzz or Corporate Sites. We encourage you to pull small or large groups of distributors together to do training sessions in your home or in a cafe or restaurant however only ‘public’ meetings will be posted.
For public meetings it is recommended that you charge $10 at the door per distributorship to help to defer costs of the room, supplies, copies, etc. New distributors coming to be trained or certified/re-certified and guests should always be free.
Generally the CT’s, SCT’s or ECT’s scheduling, planning and hosting the training meetings will split the training invoices of orphans that are referred to the training. It is not okay to find and bring orphans to a meeting that you are not hosting (with an intention to ‘invoice’ them for training pay). Of course we encourage you to invite EVERYONE to the training events. The SCT’s and ECT’s scheduling, planning and hosting the meeting will split all ‘orphan’ invoices.
You may bring people on YOUR TEAM to be trained and as long as you are sitting with them, you will be able to ‘invoice’ them to get paid if they have not already been trained.
The goal is to get your team members to ‘upgrade’ to CT so that they can promote and so they get paid the $40 to train their people. We need as many CT’s as possible.
NOTE TO SCT’S AND ECT’S: Be sure and provide each person attending a training an upgrade form (copy from the event) and a training invoice. Until everything is fully functional, have each person getting certified or upgrading to fill out the paperwork and turn it in to you. You can then submit it to corp in an envelope with the date and location of the training.�
You may need to make copies of workbooks from the Recruiting Mastery Event for each attendee until the downloads are available on the site.
We encourage all distributors to attend as many of the trainings as possible as a support to the entire team. Together Everyone Achieves More.
The goal is to ‘cross-pollinate’ trainings all across the SendOutCards System. For the training system to work to it’s maximum efficiency, we must all agree to play on the same team. We all work for each other. Imagine a network of meetings that span the globe. Each of us plays an important part in the whole. You get paid to train my people and I get paid to train your people. Training bonuses are paid to train new people. We must train them to get paid the money. If I send someone to your training meeting, you should be paid to train them. If you send someone to my meeting, I should get paid to train them. This system is strongest when everyone follows these ethical standard. If you send someone to be trained and you have already submitted a training invoice on them the trainer doing the training will not be paid. Be sure and always do the right thing. If you are sending a new distributor to a basic training meeting in another city that you will not be attending, the CT doing that training should be paid for their work.
